Terms of service

Last updated 30 July 2026

These terms cover your use of SendWrench, shop management software for light and medium-duty diesel and performance repair shops. "We" and "us" mean SendWrench LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company. "You" means the shop that holds the account.

1. What the service is

SendWrench is a subscription service for managing repair orders, technician efficiency, parts and cores, inspections, customer messaging and payments. It is not accounting software. It does not keep your general ledger, run payroll or reconcile your bank accounts.

2. Getting started

We onboard shops from a waitlist, a few at a time. Joining the waitlist costs nothing and commits you to nothing. Nothing is charged until you have spoken with us, agreed a plan and confirmed your start date in writing.

3. Plans and pricing

Subscriptions are priced per shop location, per month:

  • Single Bay, $199 per month, up to three staff logins
  • Mid-Sized Shop, $349.99 per month, unlimited staff logins
  • Large-Scale Shop, $499.99 per month
  • Multi-Location and custom builds, quoted per location

Prices exclude sales tax where it applies. Pennsylvania customers are charged applicable state sales tax on software and related services.

4. Onboarding

Onboarding is free. We move your customers, vehicles, repair orders and history across from your previous system and set the product up with your writers and technicians at no charge, as part of starting with us.

There is no setup fee, no minimum term and no early-termination charge. Your subscription is month to month.

5. Changing plans

You can move up a plan at any time and we prorate the difference. Moving down takes effect at your next renewal rather than mid-term.

6. Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance on the same day each month. If a payment fails we will tell you and try again. If it keeps failing we may suspend access until it clears. We will not delete your data because of a failed payment.

7. Card processing

Card payments you take from your own customers run through your own payment processor account, under your own rates. That money goes to your bank, not ours. We never hold your funds and we do not have access to your processor's secret keys. Where a platform fee applies to transactions processed through SendWrench, the amount is disclosed to you in writing before you process anything.

8. Text messaging

Business text messaging in the United States requires carrier registration for your shop's number. We submit that registration on your behalf during onboarding. Carrier review is outside our control and can take days to weeks, and carriers may reject a registration. Carrier and message fees are passed through to you at cost. You are responsible for the content of messages your shop sends and for honouring opt-out requests.

9. Your data

Your shop's data is yours. You can export it in full at any time, in a usable format, for as long as your account is open. We do not sell it, and we do not use one shop's data to serve another. Your records are scoped to your shop and that scoping is enforced in the database, not only in the application.

If you cancel, you can export everything before your access ends. Tell us and we will help.

10. Uptime and support

We aim to keep the service available during your working hours and to tell you promptly when something is wrong. Support is by phone, text and email from the people who build the product. We do not offer a formal uptime guarantee, and we would rather say that plainly than publish one we cannot honour.

11. Acceptable use

Do not use SendWrench to break the law, to send messages to people who have not agreed to hear from you, to attempt to reach another shop's data, or to resell access without our written agreement.

12. Ending the agreement

You can cancel by telling us in writing, including by email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. There is no cancellation fee. We can end an account for non-payment or for a serious breach of section 11, and we will give you notice and a chance to export your data first.

13. Liability

We provide the service as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you in any twelve-month period is limited to what you paid us in that period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

14. Changes

If we change these terms in a way that materially affects you, we will tell you by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the change.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
