5.0 from the shops running it

See every truck. Bill every hour.

Shop management software for light and medium-duty diesel and performance shops. One board for the whole floor, and every hour tracked to the job it belongs to, so the time you already pay for actually reaches an invoice.

Free for 30 days. We take your card at signup and charge nothing until day 31. We move your history over from whatever you run now.

Nothing to add, software works absolute wonders and has saved me more time than I could imagine! I’d give 6 stars to Kevin for all of his help and knowledge if I could!
Clayton Richter Owner, Oxford Diesel Performance
This is exactly what we needed to be able to properly track large jobs, longterm builds and see where every second of each technicians time is going. This has directly helped us increase our efficiency in the shop by 25% and we’re only 1 month in. We tried many other softwares and nothing out there compared to SendWrench. This is a tailored software for diesel and performance shops, not a one size fits all software for oil change shops like most of the softwares you find.
Ryan Vought Service Manager, Full Send Diesel Performance & Repair
Overall, it's been a great fit for our shop and has helped streamline our work. No other shop management software like it out there, and it's still getting better. Love the inspection part along with the efficiency side that no one else has.

A job goes sideways at ten in the morning

The thirty seconds that decides whether you bill that hour or eat it.

SendWrench technician portal on a phone propped against a red toolbox on a workbench, clocked onto a repair order

He is clocked onto the job, not just onto the day

One tap on the phone in his pocket. The clock runs against that repair order.

What's the problem?
Problem sheet on the phone offering more time, wrong parts, parts missing, a part broke, or something else

The truck fights him, so he taps one button

Five plain answers: more time, wrong parts, parts missing, a part broke, or something else.

Alerts
Alerts board showing technician time requests with photos, what they hit, and sold against burned hours, with grant or decline

It is on the writer’s desk before the hour is gone

His photos, what he hit, and sold against burned. Call the customer, tap Grant, and the hour goes on the job.

The money is in the hours you already pay for

Not in features. In billable time that leaves the building every week because nobody can see where it went.

$72,0003 techs at 100%480 billable hours a month at a $150 effective rate.
$43,200The same 3 techs at 60%Same wages, same building, same trucks through the door.
$28,800The difference, every monthThat is what the hours nobody can see are worth to you.

Three technicians. Eight hours a day each. Five days a week. At four weeks to the month that is 480 billable hours sitting in your building. At a $150 effective labour rate, billed in full, that is $72,000 a month in labour.

Most shops run nearer 60 percent. Same three techs, same wages, same rent: $43,200. The gap is $28,800 a month, and it is not caused by lazy people. It is caused by nobody being able to see where the hours went until the month is over.

You do not have to close all of it. Recovering two and a half billed hours a month at $150 already more than covers the subscription.

Performance pay that holds up

Set your own rules: flat rate, hourly, or a blend with a bonus on efficiency. Every figure traces back to the lines you invoiced, so the conversation is about numbers you can both see.

Multi-concern work orders

Eight jobs on one truck, each with its own labor, parts, technician and approval.

Digital inspections

Photo-backed findings sent as a link, with recommended work that becomes estimate lines. Works in the lot with no signal and syncs when the tech walks back in.

Cores you get credit for

Every core that comes off a truck goes on a list with where it goes back to and when it is due, and it stays there until someone marks it sent.

Two-way texting

Estimate approvals and updates in a thread attached to the order. Send by email from the app, or text the customer their link straight from your phone.

Payments through your own Stripe

Counter card or the customer's own pay link, with Affirm, Klarna and Cash App on it. The money settles into your bank. We never hold it.

Parts desk

Every part waiting to be ordered, across every job, from Need To Order through Received. The truck moves itself across the board as its parts move.

Scheduler and capacity

Drop-off and pick-up calendar, with how many hours you can honestly promise this week. Mirrors onto your own Google Calendar.

AI that saves the writer typing

A tech types six words and the write-up, part numbers and labor lines come back built rather than typed. Everything editable before it goes near a customer. Comes with the Large-Scale Shop plan.

Questions

How do I get in?

Pick your plan and your shop is created straight away, with 30 days free. We take your card at signup and charge nothing until day 31, and you can cancel any time before then.

We set you up one-on-one and move your history across for you, so you are running the same afternoon.

Is this running a real shop?

Yes. It replaced ShopMonkey at our own diesel shop and runs the counter there every day. Screenshots on this site use sample data so no customer information is ever on a marketing page.

Who processes my card payments?

You do. You connect your own Stripe account and the money settles into your bank. We never hold your funds.

Can I get my data out?

Any time. Ask and we hand you every record as CSV, in the same shape the importer reads. Coming in, send us an export from ShopMonkey, Tekmetric, Mitchell, Fullbay or a spreadsheet and we move your customers, vehicles, repair orders and history across with you as part of onboarding. You do not do it yourself.

Does it do accounting?

No. There is no general ledger and no payroll. It tracks what you sold, what it cost and what you are owed, then writes the file your accountant needs: a balanced sales journal for QuickBooks Online or Desktop, or CSV, over any date range.

My shop is performance, not diesel. Does that work?

Yes. Builds, swaps and dyno work fit the same shape: long jobs, several concerns per vehicle, parts that are not in any labor guide.
