SendWrench LLC ("SendWrench", "we", "us") makes shop management software for repair shops. This policy explains what information we collect on sendwrench.com and in the SendWrench application, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers both the shops that use SendWrench and the customers of those shops whose information lives in it. Questions go to info@sendwrench.com.
What we collect
When you sign up, request early access, or contact us, we collect the information you give us: your name, business name, email address, phone number, and anything you write in a message to us. When your shop uses SendWrench, we store the business records your shop puts into the software, such as customers, vehicles, repair orders, inventory, and messages. That includes the mobile numbers of the shop's customers and the record of any consent they gave the shop to receive text messages. We also collect basic usage information, such as pages visited and actions taken, to keep the product working and improve it.
How we use it
We use your information to provide and support SendWrench: to create and run your account, to import and store your shop's data, to answer your questions, to send you service and account notifications you have asked for, and to bill you. We do not sell your personal information.
Text messaging
Two kinds of text messages are sent through SendWrench, and both are covered by our Mobile Messaging Terms.
If you opt in to text messages from SendWrench itself, we use your mobile number only to send the account and service messages described in those terms.
If your repair shop uses SendWrench, the shop may send you service messages about your vehicle through our platform, such as estimate and invoice links, inspection reports, appointment reminders, and replies to your questions. Your shop collects your number and your consent, in person, by phone, or on a repair order, and we use that number only to deliver the shop's service messages to you.
You can opt out of either program at any time by replying STOP to any message.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, excluding the aggregators and providers of the text message services required to deliver the messages. This applies to every message sent through SendWrench, whether it comes from SendWrench or from your repair shop.
Sharing
We share information only with the service providers that make SendWrench run, such as hosting, payment processing, email delivery, and text message delivery, and only as needed to provide the service. We may disclose information if the law requires it. Your shop's business data belongs to your shop; we do not use it for anything other than running SendWrench for you.
Keeping and deleting data
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, email us and we will delete your data, except what we are required to keep for legal or billing records. If you are a customer of a shop that uses SendWrench and want your information corrected or deleted, contact your shop, or email us and we will work with the shop to sort it out.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Meaningful changes will be announced in the application.
