Requests

Ask for what your shop actually needs

We own the code. There is no roadmap committee and no ticket queue, so if something would make your day easier, tell us and it goes straight to the person who writes it.

No account needed. If you would rather talk it through, email kevin@fullsenddiesel.com.

What happens to it

A person reads it

Not a form that disappears into a queue. It goes to the people building the product, and you get an answer either way.

Small things move fast

A missing column, a report in a different shape, one fewer tap on a screen your techs use forty times a day. Those often land in the next update.

Bigger things get a straight answer

If it is a large build, or it does not fit what SendWrench is for, we will say so and tell you why rather than leaving it open forever.

Before you send it

Do I have to be a customer?

No. If you run a diesel or performance shop and something is missing from every tool you have tried, we want to hear it. That is how most of this got built in the first place.

Does it cost anything?

No. Requests are free and there is no paid queue-jumping. A custom build for one shop is a separate conversation and gets priced per job.

What makes a good request?

Tell us the job you are trying to get done and what happens now instead. "Add a button" is hard to act on. "I re-key the same part number on three screens before a truck can leave" tells us exactly what to fix.

Will you tell me when it is done?

Yes. If we build it, you hear about it. If we are not going to, you hear that too.

Not on it yet?

We are opening to a few diesel and performance shops at a time.
