Multi-Location and custom builds

More than one building, or something your shop needs that nothing on the market does. We own the code, so we can build it.

Onboarding and data migration are free

We move every customer, vehicle, repair order and history record across from ShopMonkey, Tekmetric, Fullbay or whatever you run, and we set the system up one-on-one with your writers and techs. No setup fee and no onboarding invoice.

Roughly: one or two techs is Single Bay, three to eight is Mid-Sized, more than eight is Large-Scale. Move up a plan any time. Card processing runs through your own Stripe account at your own rates.

Work it out on your own numbers

What is a missed hour a week actually costing you?

Move the sliders to your shop. The figures are arithmetic on what you set — no assumptions of ours in there.

Anyone who books hours to a repair order.

Door rate per billed hour.

Time that gets worked but never reaches the invoice — a seized bolt, a rusty truck, an hour nobody wrote down. Set it to whatever you believe.

Mid-Sized Shop

It pays for itself at

2.3h

recovered per month

Recover just 2.3 of those hours in a month and the subscription is paid for. Everything after that is yours.

This is arithmetic on the three numbers above, at 4.33 weeks to a month, and nothing else. It is not a promise about your shop — set the last slider low and see whether you still like the answer.

Money questions

Do you charge per technician?

No, apart from the three-login cap on Single Bay. Charging per seat punishes you for hiring, and a tech who cannot get a login goes back to clocking on paper.

What do card payments cost?

Whatever your own Stripe account costs you. You are on Stripe's rates and can negotiate them as your volume grows. We take a small platform fee per transaction, and you will have that in writing before you process anything.

What does texting cost?

Carrier fees are passed through with no markup. Your 10DLC registration is handled during onboarding and carries a one-time cost set by the carriers.

Is there a contract?

No. Month to month, cancel any time. If you leave, you export your data in full and go.

We would rather earn the next month than lock you into the year.

Can I change plans later?

Move up whenever you want and we prorate it. Moving down happens at renewal rather than mid-term, so the plan you start on is the plan you hold for that term.

Why is there a waitlist?

We are opening SendWrench to a few diesel and performance shops at a time, because every shop that comes on gets their data migrated by hand and setup done with them directly. We would rather do that properly than sign up fifty shops and do it badly.

What counts as custom?

A report your accountant wants in a certain shape, a workflow a fleet customer demands, an integration with a supplier you already use. Tell us the problem and we will quote the work.

Not sure which one fits?

Tell us how many techs you run and what comes through the door.
