Mobile Messaging Terms

Last updated: August 31, 2026

These terms cover text messages sent through the SendWrench platform, which is operated by SendWrench LLC ("SendWrench"). Two kinds of messages are sent through SendWrench: service messages that a repair shop sends to its own customers, and account messages that SendWrench sends to its own users. Both are covered here.

Messages from your repair shop

If your repair shop uses SendWrench and you opt in, the shop sends you service messages about your vehicle: estimate and invoice links, inspection reports, appointment reminders, status updates while your vehicle is in the shop, and replies to your questions.

You opt in one of two ways, and both are deliberate acts you can decline. In person, by phone, or on a repair order, you give the shop your mobile number and separately agree to receive service texts about your vehicle. On the shop's online request form, you check an optional text-updates box that is unchecked by default; the form submits normally if you leave it unchecked, and you will not be texted. Giving the shop your number by itself is never consent. Your consent is recorded on your customer file in the shop's SendWrench account, and it is not a condition of service or of purchasing anything from the shop.

Message frequency varies with the work being done on your vehicle. For help with a message, reply HELP, contact your shop directly, or email info@sendwrench.com.

Messages from SendWrench

If you opt in, SendWrench sends account and service messages related to your SendWrench account or your interest in SendWrench: onboarding and setup updates, data import notices, account alerts, replies to your questions, and launch updates you asked for. You opt in by checking the optional text message box on a form at sendwrench.com, which is unchecked by default. Providing your mobile number by itself is never consent, and consent is not a condition of signing up, of any purchase, or of using SendWrench. Message frequency varies based on your account activity.

Rates, opting out, and getting help

Message and data rates may apply to every message. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will get one final message confirming the opt-out and nothing further, and you can reply START if you change your mind and want to resubscribe. Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us at info@sendwrench.com.

The fine print

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You must be 18 or older and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide. How your information is handled, including your mobile number, is described in our Privacy Policy: no mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
